1.Do you have any questions about our company ?

Ans.If you have paid attention during the interview and if you have done your homework, this would be a good time to ask for more details about some aspect of the company's organizational structure or products. It would not be a good time to ask about your first raise. You could also ask questions about the community, training programs or work environment.

2.How would you evaluate your ability to deal with conflict ?

Ans.You could reply by saying that you are quite good at handling conflicts. You could support your answer by giving some examples from your previous job experience where you had to tackle such a situation and the results that you got.
